GEEKOM IT15 Mini PC Launches June 18 With Focus on Performance and Compact Design
GEEKOM has announced the release date for its upcoming mini PC, the IT15, which will be available starting June 18, 2025. Built for professionals and businesses, the IT15 offers high-performance hardware in a compact and durable form factor, making it suitable for both office setups and mobile workstations.
At the center of the IT15 is Intel’s latest 2nd Generation Core Ultra processor, with options going up to the Ultra 9 model. The new processor architecture focuses on stronger single-core performance and better energy efficiency. With clock speeds reaching up to 5.4 GHz, the IT15 is designed to handle tasks such as programming, video editing, and design work without lag. The system also drops Hyper-Threading in favor of more direct computing performance, aimed at improving response times in daily workloads.
The mini PC is housed in a solid all-metal chassis that offers added protection during transportation and long-term use. GEEKOM states that the IT15 has passed several internal tests to ensure consistent performance and stability. Despite its small 0.46-liter size, the unit is equipped to deliver processing power typically expected from much larger desktop systems.
In terms of connectivity, the IT15 includes four USB-A ports and two USB4 Type-C ports. The USB4 ports support data transfers up to 40 Gbps and can be used for DisplayPort output, power delivery, and external graphics support. This setup allows users to connect a wide range of peripherals and even run up to four 4K monitors at once, which is useful for multitasking and content workflows.
The networking features of the IT15 include built-in Wi-Fi 7 and a 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port. The Wi-Fi module uses a new antenna layout to improve signal reliability and connection speeds. These features help maintain stable internet performance in both office and remote environments, making it easier to manage file transfers, cloud storage, and virtual meetings.
The IT15 comes pre-installed with Windows 11 and also supports other operating systems such as Ubuntu, Manjaro, and Android x86.
